- When does data refresh?
- Quarterly. NCUA publishes ~45 days after each quarter ends; we load it within 24h.
- What happens if I exceed my quota?
- Calls return HTTP 402 with an upgrade link. Quota resets on the 1st of the month UTC.
- Is the data licensed?
- NCUA Call Report data is public. We provide the convenience layer — refresh pipeline, query builder, account-code normalization, history reconstruction.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes — through the Stripe customer portal in your dashboard. No commitments.
